  • Yes, we can arrange for delivery for all website or hotline orders. We are also available for delivery through GrabFood and Food Panda.

  • Yes. For orders on website or hotline, our team directs your order to the nearest branch to save on delivery fees. For third-party apps, these depend on their own set of parameters.

  • Yes! Orders can be made on the website and simply select the option “Pick Up”.

  • 16. How early should I place my order for events?
  • At least 5 days ahead is ideal for big orders to guarantee availability. We also accept same-day delivery for ala-carte orders.

  • Currently, our chickens are not Halal-certified.

  • Our standard roast seasoning does not contain common allergens, but cross-contamination is possible. Our chickens are processed in a facility that may contain nuts, eggs and other common allergens.

  • We currently hold a License to Operate issued by the Food and Drug Administration of the Philippines, which means that all our processes and facilities have complied with food safety standards. Likewise, regular quality checks, preventive maintenance and audits are in place to ensure food safety.

  • 31. What products do you offer aside from chicken?
  • Aside from chicken, Manoy proudly offers pork (Roasted Pork Belly, Pritchon), fried and home-cooked delicacies as well.

  • 32. Do you sell side dishes like gravy, mashed potatoes, or vegetables?
  • Yes, most of our products come with our gravy and special sauce (for Pritchon). Side dishes are launched from time to time, stay tuned!
